hey folks, im not sure if the following behaviour is a bug or just how it is designed: when I enable write automation and move a plugin parameter from the plugin window, I can hear the changes in real time while playback is running. The same happens when I map that parameter to a hardware knob, which is very practical to live adjust my automation while recording it . But when I use the mouse to draw directly in an automation lane during playback( live drawing with the draw tool), I dont hear/see the parameter changing while I am dragging. It only updates after I release the mouse button. In MIDI CC lanes, I can draw the controller curve during playback and hear the result immediately, so I don’t understand why track automation behaves differently and doesnt have the live feedback behaviour. Is there an option to activate that and monitor the automation while being drawn live with a mouse draw tool during playback?
