I’m recording a guitar on an audio track, and I’m adding a distortion insert to the track. After I record, I can hear the distortion insert during playback, however as I record, I can’t hear that insert, and I only hear the unaffected clean guitar signal. Is there a way so that I can hear the insert as I record, and not just during playback? I know that this can be achieved in Digital Performer. I’m using Cubase LE AI 8 for reference.
