I haven’t used Dorico for a while and currently cant remind, how I could position a single note of a group of notes on one beam on the other (upper/lower) pianosystem.

Write the whole group on one stave, select the note(s) you want to move and hit N to move them up a stave (N for North) or M to move them down a stave.
