I had to do a fresh install of Windows 10 and now I cannot active Elements 9.5.
Cubase Elements 9 & 9.5 no longer appear in My Products either so I cannot reactivate from there.
I have also downloaded the ELicencer multiple times.
The last few nights I’ve been going around in circles trying to find where to submit a ticket, but alas no luck.
As I live in Adelaide, Australia, the phone chat is not an option. I’ve noticed some other entries in the forum identifying the same problem that there is nowhere to submit a ticket. Am I missing something?
