Hi, I wanted to use the Software (Cubase AI which came with the Steinberg URMK22II) on more PC in my home, later on I’m going to buy a new laptop too, so why can’t I use the software on more PCs? It says the activation code is already used, yeah, but there should be a way to use a certificated product. Can you kindly explain me how to use the software on another (mine) PC?

To be able to use one license on multiple computers, you have to buy an USB-eLicenser, and transfer the license to the USB-eLicenser. Then where is the USB-eLicenser plugged in, you can start Cubase.
