Hi everyone. I’ve made a score for solo bass clarinet, and I need to use two different staff types in the same score, so I’m currently using percussion kits for this.
But I just realized that notes with ledger lines can’t be displayed properly on a 5-line percussion staff.
Has anyone dealt with this kind of situation before? Is there a better way to notate this?
I didn’t know it was possible to change a pitched instrument to an unpitched one in the same player. That’s a very easy and simple way to do it. Thanks, Jesper!
