How can one remove files directly from pool and erase them at the same time?

If I open the pool and remove a file, the file stays in my project folder, which blows it up quickly because so often I render something down and it doesn’t sound like it should and I have to delete it.

I cannot delete it from the folder either, because I would have to open and close Cubase which takes a while with a huge project.

Maybe I’m missing something but surely this is just:

  1. Delete (Move to trash)
  2. Empty trash?

If you’re absolutely certain you can put the two in a macro and assign a keystroke for ease. Personally I just move to trash and then empty the trash when I’m sure I’m not going to need any of the files.
