How do I change Cubase tracks back to factory colours?

Im trying to change all colours and settings within EDIT > PREFERENCES > USER INTERFACE back to factory.

I’ve tried deleting the Cubase 15_64 within file within AppData\Roaming\Steinberg and letting Cubase rebuild it, but the colours given arent correct

Does anyone know how to fix this, please?

The colors in a project won‘t change automatically when you have restored the standard colors. And btw I am glad about this behaviour.

But when you open a project you can chose the defined standard color set. In fact you would have to do so in every project that you want to change.

Are you talking about the default color grey

Yeah, all of of my tracks turned dark regardless of project now.

It does encourage people to colour code their songs sand keep things visually organised.

Yeah I believe so.

I was so used to tracks automatically having a colour whether an audio track or FX track for example. But i’ll just accept it.

I never used to bother with coloured tracks ,I just used to use folders to keep things organized like guitar folder ,keys folder ,vocal folder and drums folder etc .

right from sx3 days right up untill just recently I always had the default grey but have started using coloured tracks,

I always liked the look of it when other people organized it in lovely groupings of colours fading in into different shades lol,

folders work just as well in reality,and you can hide the whole group if you close the folder , Colouring the folder would work actually.then you could see where you were quickly.
