How do I change rastral size for individual pages?

I would like to change rastral size and then staff spacing for all of the parts on an individual page. How is that done?

Insert a frame break or system break in the layout where you want the staff size to change, then open the Properties panel and change the space size. You can’t directly set a rastral size, so you’ll need to know the corresponding space size in your measurement unit of choice.

Is there a way to hide the “frame break” and “system break” flags from the page view in write mode?
I know they don’t print, but I am making scrolling score videos and I don’t want the flags to show.

View > Signposts. But note that this is not specific to the mode – they’ll be hidden or visible in all modes.
