Two methods:

This is really not a recommended way to do it, as you have to do it for every system, but if you really want it, here the two easy steps:
- create a vertical solid line on the first note of the system (it will be very short and on the left of the note).
-set the Line Body Style to Solid line body (thick), and you may want to deactivate its Avoid collision Property, in Engrave mode - adjust its length and position (to overlap the real Systemic Barline) in engrave mode

Another possible way (also here you need to edit every single Systemic Barline) would be to export the file as PDF, and edit it in an external editor. Here an example opening the file with Inkscape (feee for MacOS), and adjusting the thickness of that particular line/path:

Why do you want this? It’s very unusual – and that’s why Dorico can’t do it easily.

I just like the looks of it
It’s usually best to stick with accepted practices,** (unless you are deliberately indicating that your score doesn’t behave like normal scores for some reason). Otherwise it’s likely to confuse anyone who reads it.
** Although there is some variety in what constitutes accepted practice in different countries, genres, etc..
