On Steinberg’s website for Poland I have the choice between some random Yamaha e-mail and some private person’s e-mail (wtf?!). Neither of them answer.

How do I get support (upgrade of v11 Elements activated in Jan 2022 to v12 Elements doesn’t show up)?

Here in the forum. Look for the topics with your issue. There are already several, and Steinberg staff are responding amply.
