How do I create or edit a macro page? Is it possible?

I believe the Macro page is only available for the presets that contain Macro data within them for easy editing. An example would be loading any of the Halion Sonic SE presets, you will have a Macro page for them. I have read, nor seen no way to create your own. If I am wrong, I would love to know however.

Very sad. It would be great to create their own.
