out of nowhere it changed to like this. where should i look to fix this and to make the line appear over the boroken chords

Honestly i found a way. Used my pre-saved template and worked from there, the line from the broken/slashed chords appear. I think i can handle it for a moment as it works perfectly fine. But id be very glad if i will get some tips on how to reinstall it with all the settings like the first installation with default factory settings l. Thank you
