How do I get Dorico 6 to open on my computer?

What exactly happens when you click on tbe Dorico icon?
I have Windows 10. I used Dorico in August ‘25 to create six arrangements so I HAVE Dorico on my computer. I just can’t get the download assistant to launch and it says I have no license. Wrong. Help!
NOTHING happens when I click on the icon.
If it says invalid license it usually points to a wrong email address.
Are you sure the Download Assistant and Activation Manager are logged in with the account where your license is registered?
Have you logged in to your online profile and checked if you see your license there?

So it was all working perfectly before: you weren’t just running the demo version?
Probably best to start from scratch: download the latest version of the Steinberg Download Assistant; and download Dorico and all its resources from there.
I think this is not a good approach, because Karen said that she gets the message about invalid license. This is typically the problem of using the wrong email account, even if it is a trial license.
First to check is always the online profile. Does it show your license there, then check the login of SDA and Activation Manager. A complete reinstall from scratch does not help, it just reinstalls what was already there.
