How do I get Halion One presets into Cubase Elements 6?

I originally had Cubase LE 4, and now I just upgraded to Cubase Elements 6. Halion one has been replaced with halion sonic se and none of the presets from halion one are present. I checked the steinberg FAQ:

I followed these exact instructions and it didn’t work. Does anybody know how to do this?
