How do I get my license onto my USB key?

Apparently the eLicenser Control Center says dorico is registered as a “soft license” and won’t let me put it on my USB key.
I don’t see any options in the program to transfer it.

Plug the dongle in.
Open the eLicenser Control Center.
Select the Soft-eLicenser in the left panel.
Drag the license from the right panel to to the USB-eLicenser in the left panel.

You may need to click through a warning - read it carefully: this is irreversible.
