Hi, Great Day to you,

How do i get my VST 2.0 plugins to work, when only the VST 2.4 plugins are recognized by Cubase after turning the VST 2 support on ?

What OS are you on and which Cubase version do you use?
Since VST 2.0 was discontinued in 2006 I guess it will only be possible on older versions and maybe by using JBridge at some point.

thank you, i realized i had unintendedly installed only the 32-bit version of my favorite plugin… now the 64 bit works

I am glad you found a solution!
Can you please share which Cubase version and OS you use? That way future users who encounter a similar problem know which system definetly works with a 64 bit VST 2.0 plugin.

Hi, yea the 64 bit version was VST 2.4 ( so that’s why it worked )

VST 2.0 was a no go on Cubase 14
