Have you tried contacting the Developer (Voxengo)? This appears to be a Mac System message.

Hi,

I would click to Move to Trash. The plug-in would become deleted.

Defenestration will solve all your Mac problems.

Go to setting , security, there will be a message to authorise application. You will need to click the lock icon bottom left enter system password.
