How do I get to Setup Options. I need abbrev names on score

Sorry to be a nuisance. I don’t know where the setup options have gone (to request abbrev names on score page 2 onwards, spacings and the other options that were formerly given).
Can anyone help please?

Library->Layout Options->Staves and Systems.
Library->Layout Options->Page Setup.
