Where the heck is add track?
I’m guessing this is AI, creating what it thinks an answer might look like, rather than a reliable source of information, such as the actual documentation?
Dorico cannot yet import an audio track. You can import a video that aligns with the score, so you need to convert your audio to a video format.

I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do! Are you trying to set up an audio file as a backing track with which to play along? If so, you might want to look at another application to utilize a pdf of the sheet music generated by Dorico. I play along with audio tracks using Camelot Pro (which even turns the pages for me)! I think Steinberg’s VST Live can do this as well.
