Hi all, I’d like to move the staves in the last page up so I can have some free space below to write performance notes.

Yes, make sure you go to Engrave Mode and have Signposts visible.
At the bottom of the second page you will see a percentage number (showing you how full the page is). Make a note of that percentage (in your head…). Go to Layout Options->Vertical Spacing.
Change the percentage, so the that the systems will not automatically be distributed across the page. Some try and error will help you. But that is the place where to look.
The 2nd page is justified because of the Layout Options>Vertical Spacing>Vertical Justification settings that you have chosen.
But, how do you intend to write the performance notes? There are a number of different ways to do so.
I’ll take a whack at the spacing now. In the meantime I’m very open to how to put the performance notes in. I was going to use a text block, but if you know another way I would love to hear about it.
That worked. A little too tight, but I just discovered that you can move them manually as well. In Engrave Mode I went to the up/down arrows on the left. When I highlight a line in blue I can move it up or down.
Is there any downside to this?
In general, it’s good to avoid moving things manually, if there’s a setting you can adjust to achieve the same outcome. If your default spacing is too tight, first remove your manual spacing by doing Engrave > Staff Spacing > Reset Layout. Then try increasing the value in Layout Options > Vertical Spacing > Minimum Gaps > Inter-system gap.
I will try that.
Having had a second look at your music, there is a better solution. Go to the beginning of bar 51, select the first note and insert a Frame-break.
Now you will have 5 systems on each page (evenly distributed) - but the player will not need to turn the page back for that little repeat from bar 53…
Making space for performing notes on the second page is another issue though.
I got a similar solution by making the staves smaller. There are 6 lines on each page but it’s still very readable. Thank you for the idea. I will try it see how it would affect the layout.
