How do I register Libraries?

How do I register Libraries, like Tribewerk, Dark Planet, Granular Orchestra, and others, stored in a software eLicenser to the actual licensing plan.

The licenses show up on my Steinberg Login, they have some numbers, in red, written bellow their names. I cut and paste those on the License Manager, but it says back, no recognizable license, or something on those lines.

The Libraries belonging to Prologue, and Retrologue aren´t working as welll. But, both Prologue, Retrologue and Pad Shop, are registered on that Soft eLicenser. Albeit they work well with the built in presets, the ones I bought separatedly don´t work, when I try to register them I fail. However all these synths don´t show up on My License Manager installed on my Computer. A MacBook Pro M5pro, running Tahoe.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Just checking, have you actually bought (paid for) these libraries?

Assuming you mean switch from old licencing system to the new one, you should have vouchers for this in your MySteinberg account on the Steinberg web site.
If you haven’t any vouchers, you may need to contact Support.
