How do I use a rotary knob to change an articulation in Kontakt? I’ve selected several articulations in Kontakt in Cubase but none of them are working after I’ve selected different controllers for them.

I found risky using of rotary knob to change an articulation. In Kontakt all linraries I know, are using Key switches (so MIDI Notes).
But you can create your own Expression Map, where you can define the Conteoller and it’s Value, as an output. Then it’s safe.
