How do I view only those tracks that contain automation?

For all tracks at once, how do I view only those tracks that contain automation ? And vice versa, to view tracks that contain no automation?

To show all used automation tracks in the track list, right-click any track and select Show All Used Automation from the context menu.

I want to be able to see just the tracks that contain automation via one click or shortcut.

Open the automation panel… and keep it open.
