How do I write this rhythm ? time signature C

I can only do it in two parts, first without tie, then tie the two groups…
otherwise when I put the last 1/16 I have a double dot.

If you don’t want Dorico to assume you want a double-dotted note, change the option in Notation Options>Note Grouping<Rhythm dots.…

If you do want to keep some double dotted notes, you can use force duration for the crotchet before you tie it to the dotted quaver.
