How do you add a marker to an audio or midi part?

… I need a way of marking audio and midi parts in a project so that when I move the part in the project the marker stays connected and moves with it, just like happens in video editing?

Hi,

There is no way to link a Mark to an Audio/MIDI Event/Part. You can change the description of the Audio/MIDI Event/Part to make some notes.
