How do you add other devices to the Audio Devices list?

Everything was working fine yesterday, but today when I started Cubase it came up with a list of devices and had “Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver” as the default and nothing else selected. I clicked OK and now I get no sound out thru my headphones. My headphones are connected to my PreSonus 24c device. Native Instruments’ Komplete Kontrol has no problem with my PreSonus device, so the problem is defiantly with Cubase. As a sanity check I went to Dorico and it has no problems sending audio to my headphones. All three programs listed above are at their latest versions.

Hi,

You can use only one ASIO driver in Cubase. Why not to use PreSonus 24c as the ASIO driver then?

If you need more, you can use ASIO4ALL on Windows, which can merge mutliple ASIO devices to one. But you will get higher latency. On Mac, you can use Aggregate Device, but it’s not officially supported by any DAW.
