How do you include click track in a mixdown in Cubase 5?

I have checked the forums and youtube tutorials but everything I have found seems to apply to Cubase 9.5 and up. I would like to include my click track in a mixdown of a demo track that has just guitar so that a drummer can listen and record in time with my guitar. In Cubase 5 how can I incorporate my click track into a mixdown?

Create a MIDI track with the click as MID parts - assign a VSTi.
