How do you input a dynamic that changes from the first repeat to the second repeat?
This is not yet possible in Dorico.
You can’t make it play back that way, but you should be able to make it look correct, e.g. by adding two dynamics at very close quarters and then adjusting their position in Engrave mode, adding whatever instruction you want to in order to inform the players how they should handle them, e.g. “1st time p, 2nd time mf” or whatever you prefer.

workaround:
You can make it play back almost perfect, if you put the 1st dynamic 1/32 before the first repeat sign and the second dynamic 1/32 before the second repeat sign (you can do that very easy with the carrot), after that in engrave mode you put them both on the right place behind the first repeat sign
