How do you relearn a diff controller to existing object in midi remote?

I have updated outputs on my controller and want to apply these to existing objects in midi remote. I read the manual…is it implying that midi learn is only available on initial creation?

Hi,

Click on the Edit MIDI Controller Surface button. Then you can edit the assigned MIDI Message.

Thanks martin, sure you can modify…i meant select object and relearn?

Yes, you can modify the Surface Controller visually and also edit the MIDI Messages assignment.

You can of course go to the dialog but where is the learn function
If you want to reassign eg 64 controls, its going to be a little tedious modifying each through a dialog. I want to click on the object and turn the knob and it relearns the new controller value

Hi,

The Learn, you can see when creating a new surface is not available. This would even create a new GUI element.

That was my original question
When doing a lot of repetition… Its painful without it…would be a lot more convenient if there was a delete icon AND “L” to relearn
