I downloaded and installed a trial version of Cubase Elements 11 under the 30 free trial Program. All seemed well for a week or so then I had to downloaded a new licence program after an error came up. I’m a new customer trying out a product I wish to purchase. I put in a support ticket on 15th Jan 2021, put in an update request on 23rd Jan 2021 and still no response. Is the support normally this bad?

As far as I know, you cannot use Trial license multiple times.
Thanks for coming back to me. I suppose the bigger question now is, how long should someone weight for a response to a support ticket from Steinberg ? It seems a real missed opportunity, I still have not had a reply to the ticket that I logged on January 15, 2021 @ 09:47 yet still no one has bothered to reply to me. Considering the size of the company I’m shocked to say the least by the lack of any response. Is this normal?
