How long for Support to Reply?

For those of you who have had to contact support at Steinberg how long does it usually take to actually get a reply?

I posted a request eight days ago and not a peep from anyone.

Interested to know as the demo runs out in six days and I’m not dropping hard earned £££ on a constantly crashing program.

Usually around a week or less, but they seem to be pretty busy this month, sorry.

If your trial ends before you receive a response, try asking if they can extend your trial. I don’t think they do that often but it’s worth a try.
