How many instances of kontakt, Serum, Spire can I run at once

Hi
I am creating a composing template in Cubase 12. I am used mainly one instrument per instance of Kontakt. I also use Serum and Spire.

I was wondering how many instance of kontakt can I have runnng at one time. I am disabling tracks i don’t need, so that helps conserve some resources. I was just wondering what my estimated limits are as far as how many instance I can run at once of:
• Kontakt (Which I would run many instances of ),
• Spire (1 or 2 instances),
• Serum (1 or 2 instances)

My Computer:
Window 11
i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
64 gb ram.

Try to use LatencyMon utility to test your system and follow the optimisation instructions (if they appear).
