losing the Quicktime dependency. Or do we have to wait until version 9 when they’ll call it a new feature?
Cubase is the only reason I haven’t uninstalled it yet.
It would be nice to get at least a communication update from Steinberg on this topic. 
The latest info I could find was issued 4 months ago in April 2016.
Communication equals the most satisfied customers.
They may not be happy but they will appreciate the communication.

The latest info I was able to find on the Steinberg website support area, issued as a KB article, is dated May 30, 2016. Not in April as I stated above.
I feel better that I corrected my post but, I would feel even better if Steinberg communicated an update.
