How to access Plug-in Manager in Cubase 7.5?

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can access the Plug-in Manager in Cubase 7.5. When I go to ‘Devices’ I only get an option for ‘Plug-in Information’ and not the Manager option which is different. Does the Plug-in Manager come in Cubase 7.5?

There was no Plugin Manager in Cubase 7.5. Use the Plugin Information window, please.
