How to Add Higher CCs in Cubase Pro

Hi everyone, I get the feeling I’m asking a dumb question, so forgive me in advance.

I am beginning to fiddle with my Garritan CFX as far as setting MIDI learn, etc. My problem is that some of the factory assigned CC control numbers aren’t shown in my Note Expression/Editor; my CCs only go up to 127!

Can I add, say, a CC #259 and how?

I ask because…well please go to this link and see under “Advanced Controls”. Note the high ccs.

Am I missing something? I really need the help, thanks in advance.

There are only 128 cc messages, I would imagine Gary has made a mistake.
