Ok I just read this again and I know it sounds confusing so let me explain.
I am trying to write figured bass symbols below my chords and I believe the way to do this is to use lyrics symbols. I did this so that each row is a verse of lyrics and although it is a bit tedious it seems to work but heres the problem… when I push tab it goes to the next half note but I need a figured bass symbol on all 4 quarter notes. How can I do this? I know the lyrics sync up to the notes but my bass notes are the ones the lyrics are syncing up to and I may need figured bass symbols on chords where the bass note doesn’t change.
