I have a drum part with a lot of repeat bars. I would like to add the text “fill” to the last repeat bar, but I can’t because the bars are in fact empty, so I can’t add text to them.
Is there a work around here?

Invoke the caret (Shift-N), position it where you want the “Fill text”, and input the text with the caret still active. If you want it in the last bar of a bar repeat region, the quickest way would probably be to invoke the caret just after the end and move it backwards (rather than at the start and move forwards). If that’s still a long way, change the rhythmic grid resolution to a larger duration to move the caret by larger intervals when using the right/left arrow keys.
