How to become a certified trainer school

hello everybody,

we have a music school, and we would like to become a certified trainer school.
on the internet i can’t find anything about how to become a certified trainer

do someone know how to apply?
and can you become a certified trainer without becoming a certified user first?
i am a pretty experienced cubase user myself. i would like to get some more information on this all.
