how to bounce two MIDI clip on different tracks?

how to bounce two midi clips on different track.

As show in the attached picture, the two highlighed MIDI clips are used together to generate a correct drumset sound. May I know how to bounce them into one clip. If I drag one of them over the other, the one in place (the one not been dragged) will be replaced.

Hi,

I would Solo these 2 tracks and use Export Audio Mixdown, where I would enable to Import back to the project.
