Hello! I need to change the time signature in a movement from 4/4 to alla breve, but I don’t want any of the beaming and grouping to change. In other words, I don’t want this:
to become this:
How to achieve this in the simplest way without having to do a lot of manual changes? And before you come at me, in this movement it makes completely sense to be alla breve but grouped like in a 4/4.
I tried to browse this forum and google, but couldn’t fina a solution.
I managed it in the end in the properties panel by selecting both “Common/cut common” and “Use common time note grouping” which worked perfectly
