How to change filepath to presets for Halion One?

Upgraded hard drives and reinstalled nearly everything. For some reason Halion One is not pointed at the right sound library.

How do I fix this?

Did you try to follow the steps from the below link?

If you tried that and yet HalionONE is not finding its samples, give us some more details about your system. If you are using Automap or any other programs which wrapped your plug-ins with a prefix to the original name or different name, you could probably try to rename those files back to original.
NOTE: Before doing anything create a restore point.
