I wish for my flow heading to be higher on the page, right below my title. How do I achieve this is my page templates so it is the same for all the parts?
Flow Headings are part of the music frame that starts below your title.
So I would suggest, you use a Subtitle token for this: Go to Engrave Mode. Open and edit your First Page Template: add the {@ProjectSubtitle@} token below the {@ProjectTitle@} token and format it, how you would like it.
Obviously you will have to put the Subtitle into your Project Info window.

You can drag the blue frame up closer to the title in the first page template. Remember to do both right and left pages.
