How to completely uninstall WL12 before clean/fresh install of WL13?

Hi guys, (Hopefully PG or Justin might see this?) I want to do a clean/fresh install of WL13 without any residual leftovers of WL12… none of my preferences, no settings, no files of any kind. Just want to fully uninstall WL12 so it’s a clean slate prior to WL13. Any special tips?

Normally I just install new versions along side, never think about it, but this time I want a totally clean slate.

Please list instructions for both Windows 11 (my main OS) AND macOS (emergency use for clients if they need it).

Apologies if this is a dumb question, I feel like I should already know this…

Thank you in advance!

Cheers!

There is no need to completely uninstall WL12 to get a clean install of WL13.

Each main version of WaveLab has it’s own independent Preferences folder and is essentially an independent app.

In other words, WaveLab 9, WaveLab 9.5, WaveLab 10, WaveLab 11, WaveLab 12, and now WaveLab 13 are all independent of each other.

When you first install a new version, you have the option of importing the Preferences folder of the previous version but you can always choose “No” and setup WaveLab 13 as a clean new app if you prefer.

If for some reason you want to get back to a clean install of WaveLab 13, simply delete the WaveLab 13 Preferences folder.
