In this state, when I press the electronic piano, I can hear the basic sound from the electronic piano, but I can’t hear the VST piano sound. I want to hear the VST sound, what’s wrong?

what is the “electronic piano”? An external keyboard with built-in sounds?, a software synthesizer? Does it come with a VST plugin (that you then would need to load in Dorico Play mode>VST and MIDI>assign to a track in Track Inspector).
What does “press the electronic piano” means? What exactly are you pressing?
