Hi folks, I have two synths; a Tyros 3 and a Motif XF. I would like to connect both of them to the UR28M and record them to Cubase. All seems to work fine if I connect to input 1 and 2 - I can hear the monitor, the recording levels are right, etc. But the other keyboard that is connected to input 3 and 4 does not seem to sound at all (or very faintly) even though I have it at the same output volume as the first keyboard. I must be missing something really silly

Hi There, I have it now sorted out thanks to a good friend of mine from a keyboard forum. The problem was that I didn’t have the latest firmware, UR28M software and manual downloaded. Instead I used what was in the box - which is out of date. Now all works fine. Cheers, Roland
