How to copy Cubase 12 setup to Nuendo 12?

Hi
I have just updated my Nuendo license and now I need to move my Cubase settings - keyboard shortcuts, macroes, PLE setup and so on - Nuendo.
Is there a way I can do that easily?

In Nuendo we use the Profile Manager for this task. Might very well be that this feature is also available in Cubase …?
