How To Correct Loss of Sync at Dal Segno?

I have found there to be very erratic synchronisation between the various parts, after a Dal Segno.
The latest example I have experienced is the drums and bass getting about two to three beats ahead of the Piano and brass in a jazz quintet score. The parts diverge by different timing amounts, each time they are tried.
The VSTIs involved are not hard on the processors, by any means.
I suspect this may be a result of Dorico reporting earlier that there were repeat formatting errors, which I think Dorico itself had created, as there were unlikely to have been input by me. When adding bars, Dorico had shifted the placing of existing repeat barlines in the latter sections of the piece.
Has anybody else experienced something similar?
I will try removing all the repeats and repeat marlins in a duplicate of the piece, and see does that resolve the unacceptable playback. Best Wishes, Paul

Problem has been fixed, by simply removing the offending Dal Segno (al Coda), playing the piece through without the Dal Segno. I then re-input a new D.S al Coda, and the problem vanished. Hope I did not waste anybody’s time.
