I love the MIDI Modifier insert and the Scale option - but I don’t see any way to create custom scales? If there’s an XML or something to edit I’ll be happy to. Does anyone know if this is even possible?
I think the closest we have for creating custom scales is the Chorder Insert FX (it can map any any input note to any output note).

Thinking outside the box (I really hate that term and yet… 
), and not really having the time to fully think it through; maybe drum-maps can be re-purposed to transform from one scale to another.
