How to create hidden rests that are condensed?

I’m looking for a way to condense this:

No matter what I try, I always end up with this:

I have tried:
-0% opacity rests
-slash regions with the slash cymbol deleted

Is there any other workaround to achieve the condensing?

Found a solution: adding notes with custom scale set to 1% will work.
